Everybody calls him "Wheeze". Has been training Achaierai for many years. He is seen in the stable area of the Duke's Residence, in Winkburgh, in Episode 26:Caravan, he has scars down the side of his face and neck, it seems like one half of his body is paralyzed. He has a whip and barks out commands when helping to teach others to handle Achaierai.
